Terms of Service

    Agreement to Terms

    By accessing and using the Pinnacle Visionary website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

    Services Provided

    Pinnacle Visionary provides digital solutions including website development, AI solutions, social media management, branding, automation, marketing, CRM setup, and creative content. The scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

    Payment Terms

    Subscription services are billed monthly in advance. Project-based services require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Cancellations of subscriptions must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the work completed.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to provide timely content, feedback, and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all content they provide.

    Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Pinnacle Visionary retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Limitation of Liability

    Pinnacle Visionary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Project cancellations are subject to payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

    Changes to Terms

    Pinnacle Visionary reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
